"Nice pool, but the chair situation needs work"
I had a good time at the Pechanga pool overall. It was clean, the water felt great, and there was enough room to actually relax for a bit. The staff were nice enough too, so that helped. My only complaint is that it got really crowded later in the day, and trying to find chairs became kind of a hassle. whoever runs this needs to figure out a better setup for seating. Still, it was a fun pool spot and I’d go back

"I’ve been happy with the perks so…"
I’ve been happy with the perks so far. They actually fit into my day-to-day life, which is nice. Like, I can use them for little things, bigger savings, random extras, and those small benefits that don’t seem like much at first but add up over time. For me, stuff like discounts, rewards, convenience, and even just having a few extra options makes it feel worth it. Nothing too complicated, just useful perks that make sense for how I use them.

"Fun night, but something felt off"
I went on pechanga to look up events and ended up buying tickets for a show. The lineup was actually solid, and we had a fun night overall. That said, something feels off about the site experience, finding the basic details took more effort than it should have, and the ticket prices were higher than I expected. I’d still go again, but I wish the whole process felt a little clearer and smoother.

"Nice Weekend Stay, Just a Little Pricey"
Stayed here for the weekend and overall it was a good time. The pool area was nice, and the spa looked clean from what I saw. I was kind of wandering around trying to check everything out, and some areas felt a bit crowded or awkward to move through, especially when everyone seemed to be heading the same direction. The food was decent too, though a little pricey for what it was. Not a bad stay at all, I just found myself expecting a bit more given the cost.

I ate at one of the restaurants at Pechanga and overall had a good experience. Our server was really friendly and checked in on us just the right amount without overdoing it. The food came out hot, and everything in our order was correct. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because it took a little while to get seated, even though it didn’t seem that busy. Still, the staff was nice and handled everything well. I’d definitely eat there again.

"Honestly, it does feel secure"
I’ll admit, I’m usually a little skeptical with sites like this, but I haven’t had any strange login problems or payment issues so far. Everything’s been easy to access, and checking my account is straightforward. I can’t really complain, it does feel safe to use

"Quick and Easy Check-In, Hoping That Counts for Something"
Check-in was way faster than I expected. We got there late, so I was ready for a long wait, but the line moved quickly and the staff already had everything ready. They just checked our info, handed over the key, and we were good to go. Check-out was just as easy, maybe even smoother, with no back-and-forth or random delays. I really appreciated that part of the stay, i’m hoping the hotel takes that into account if there’s any kind of compensation or follow-up being offered.

"Parking was fine, but kind of a hassle"
I did eventually find a spot, but it took way longer than it should have. The layout was confusing, and I was getting impatient driving around trying to figure out where to go

"Such a relaxing spa day!!!"
I had a spa day at pechanga it was so nice!!! Check-in was super easy, everything felt really clean, and my massage was amazing!!! The staff were friendly without being over the top or pushy, which I really appreciated. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed!!! I’d definitely go back again!!!

"Food was hit or miss"
Some of the dishes were tasty, but my steak came out dry and didn’t have much flavor. I mentioned it to support afterward, and they basically said something like, “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll pass it along to the kitchen,” which was nice enough. Overall, it was just okay for me.

"Not the Most Comfortable Stay"
The bed felt hard, and the room stayed too warm all night, so I didn’t sleep as well as I hoped.

"Easy to Use, but Weekend Prices Can Be Steep"
I’ve found some decent deals on here, and the site itself is easy to use. To be fair, I don’t expect every room to be cheap all the time, especially on busy weekends, but the prices can feel a little high compared to the value you’re getting. Overall, it’s useful, I just wish the weekend rates were a bit more reasonable sometimes.

"Not Worth the Price"
My stay was disappointing. For what I paid, I expected a lot better, or at least something that felt worth the money. It just didn’t meet the mark, and I left feeling like I should’ve booked somewhere else instead. Not a place I’d rush back to, to be honest

"Fun overall, but a little rushed"
I had a fun time overall, but the dealers sorta felt like they were rushing through things a bit. Still enjoyable, just would’ve been nicer if the pace felt a little more relaxed.

"Slots Just Took My Money"
I played the slots for a while and it felt like they never paid out at all, just kept eating my money. I also expected some kind of follow-up or response about it, but nobody ever got back to me, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Not the Support Experience I Expected"
I reached out to support about an issue with my account expecting a quick and straightforward response, but it took way longer than I thought it would. When they finally got back to me, the reply didn’t really help much, so I was left feeling like I hadn’t made much progress. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

"I gave pechanga.com a shot, but…"
I gave Pechanga a shot, but it wasn’t a great experience for me. The games felt like they weren’t really giving much back, and when bonuses did land, they didn’t add up to much. A couple of spins lagged too, which didn’t help the mood. I also reached out to support and ended up waiting longer than expected, only to get an answer that didn’t really solve anything. Maybe it goes differently for other people, but I left feeling like my time and money could’ve been better spent elsewhere

"Clean, Fresh, and Comfortable Stay"
I was really happy with my stay. The room was super clean, the bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh the moment I walked in. From my experience, that makes a big difference, and they definitely got it right. No complaints at all.

"Pretty solid experience overall"
I had a good time using pechanga, and the staff I spoke with were actually really nice and helpful. They answered my questions clearly and didn’t make the whole thing feel awkward or complicated. One reply did take a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. BUT it wasn’t a big deal in the end because everyone was friendly and easy to talk to.
